The location of the property is Kathikas, which is one of the Laona villages in the Paphos District of Cyprus. It is situated on a plateau 23 kilometers north of Paphos. It has an altitude of 645m.
The owners live in the UK and opted to raffle the villa as an alternative to selling it. This Cyprus villa raffle will also raise money for three UK charities. The odds of winning this villa are high when compared to the National Lottery.
There are two levels. The ground floor has a lounge, dining area and kitchen and downstairs show room. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one is en-suite and there is a family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Outside there is a swimming pool with BBQ area and a driveway with one parking space. There is also parking in the street.
The villa comes complete with furniture and is fully equipped and ready to move in. The outside terrace even has sun loungers and a dining table and chairs. It is a low maintenance property.
The Raffle Competition
The current owners hope to sell 200,000 tickets at £2 each to cover the value of the property and purchase costs. The owners hope to sell sufficient tickets to fund the purchase by 1st February 2018. If the prescribed number of tickets are sold prior to the closing date the competition it will close early.
10% of the money raised will be donated to charity. When purchasing a raffle ticket you will be required to answer a simple question about the villa.
