Knightsbridge Property RaffleThis new Knightsbridge  property raffle offers the chance to win an upmarket flat in the heart of London near to Harrods Department Store and the National History Museum for £5. The current owner is an Aristocrat with a title.

The flat is on the ground floor of an imposing listed building. It has a double bedroom, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a sleek bathroom, a large reception area and fitted kitchen. There is also a small outside space. It is easy to travel all over London from this location.

The current owner, Lord Roger Hickman, 72, said he plans to move out of London to look after his 100-year-old mother so wanted to sell the property while also raising money for charity.

The flat is estimated to be worth close to £1 million pounds and has been on the market, remaining unsold. The tenure is leasehold held on a 73 year lease. The current ground rent is £1250 per annum.

The Deal

The sale of this property has been set up to comply with certain legalities. That includes complying with the UK Gambling Commission requirements for conducting a raffle.

The entry fee is just £5 per ticket and you will be required to answer a series of questions about the location of the property.

The owners target is to achieve 500,000 entries before December 15th 2017. Five per cent of the total monies received will be set aside for homeless charities. If more than 300,000 tickets are sold before December the surplus will all go to charity.

There are two steps to making an entry:

Step 1

Entries can be made by visiting the website You buy your ticket by Google Pay, mobile phone, bank transfer, or by posting a cheque. It you want to buy two tickets just pay £10.

Step 2

Submit online your personal details an answer that all important question.

Free postal entries can also be made.

The contest will close when the number of paid entries exceeds 500,000.
